Why Santa Monica Bay Events?

The Santa Monica Bay is home to many organizations which sponsor events for our community.  From nonprofit fundraisers to public events, we are a dynamic area.  It’s a happening place!

SMBE was launched as a resource for people who wish to attend events and is also the definitive resource for posting events (use the online form) and checking future dates when scheduling an event.  Frequently in this busy area, multiple events fall on the same day or evening with attendance and revenue negatively affected.

SMBE is offered as a free service to local nonprofit organizations thanks to the calendar being supported by our elite advertisers. Launched in 2012, we are excited to introduce in 2019 our updated version of the website which is now mobile friendly.

SMBE is a simple, yet easily navigated calendar and one-stop resource for what’s happening in the area. If you want information on an event posting, just click on the event and you will be directed to an information page with the event host’s website.  The Calendar is updated frequently, so check back often and also make sure to follow Facebook.santamonicabayevents.
